Client Service Specialist is an integral role on our team and is responsible for driving exceptional service and elevating the overall client experience. Our ideal candidate takes initiative and consistently delivers meticulous work product.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently follow standards of business, professional ethics, and legal/regulatory requirements
- Greet clients when they arrive for meetings, make them feel at home, and get to know them
- Answer and forward phone calls
- Manage team voicemail and email
- Manage office supply inventory
- Check mail
- Gather and update client data on all platforms
- Respond and document client requests and inquiries
- Send meeting confirmations and reminders
- Review client meeting notes for follow-up actions
- Send meeting follow up letters
- Store documents electronically
- Conduct check in calls on follow-up items
- Send client birthday, anniversary, and other greeting cards
- Coordinate marketing events and seminars
- Project collaboration
- Maintain client management system (CRM)
- Assist colleagues as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience
- Proficient in:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- CRM / Salesforce
- Ability to analyze, prioritize, organize, and problem-solve
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
- A cheerful outlook and a sense of humor
