Vive! Therapeutic Massage is an highly successful massage therapy business located in Park Ridge. As a critical part of our success, our Client Services team provides our clients with outstanding customer service. Basic responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Be friendly, empathetic and respectful to our guests.
- Help guests schedule appointments, both in person and on the phone.
- Greeting and checking in clients and closing out their visits.
- Perform office tasks such as managing files, scheduling appointments, data entry, etc.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the business and supporting our therapist staff.
We expect our team to always be cheerful and respectful of our clients. You must have great people skills, be comfortable with using computer systems and be willing to do the 'little" things to take great care of our guests. Some moderate lifting is required. If this describes you, then you could become a part of our fantastic team.
Shifts available include days, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Candidates must be available to work a combination of these shifts.'
