Job Description
We are looking for someone comfortable speaking with and directly helping pet owners in our community as a veterinary Client Service Representative in our reception department. Strong candidates should be friendly, personable, organized and happy to learn if no significant previous veterinary medical experience.
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and provide excellent customer service
Scheduling appointments and procedures
Monitoring client flow from check-in to discharge
Processing payments
Organizing electronic referral records and uploading into software
Answer and triage incoming calls
Respond to client inquiries
Working compassionately with pet owners in various emotional states
Relaying information between clients and medical staff
Other duties deemed appropriate by management
