Client Service Representative And Receptionist At Veterinary Office

We are looking for someone comfortable speaking with and directly helping pet owners in our community as a veterinary Client Service Representative in our reception department. Strong candidates should be friendly, personable, organized and happy to learn if no significant previous veterinary medical experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and provide excellent customer service

• Scheduling appointments and procedures

• Monitoring client flow from check-in to discharge

• Processing payments

• Organizing electronic referral records and uploading into software

• Answer and triage incoming calls

• Respond to client inquiries

• Working compassionately with pet owners in various emotional states

• Relaying information between clients and medical staff

• Other duties deemed appropriate by management
