Job Description:
Spherion Mid Ohio, in partnership with  The JM Smucker Company, is seeking a Client Service Representative. This is a 6-12 month contract position that will support the Smucker Equipment Integrity and Service Operations team in Orrville, Ohio. The Client Service Representative will support the execution of customer equipment and Service requests; including customer setup, contract validation, asset management, management of service work orders. Key objectives include processing equipment service requests, scheduling installations, creating returns, managing aged service work orders, and handling system exceptions.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately manage and update equipment service orders from beginning to close
• Create, validate, and maintain customer records in the Equipment & Service Asset Tracking System (FEAST)
• Collaborate with Sales, technicians, distribution centers, and customers to align equipment availability with installation requests
• Collaborate with third party personnel and JMS Field Service Manager to manage open/aged service work orders
• Ensure all fields within system that relate to pricing and Service funding are properly coded
• Ensure equipment and Service agreements are executed appropriately and align with the assets placed at individual locations
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute installations, exceptions, and returns
• Collaborate with technicians, warehouse personnel, and third parties to identify and resolve discrepancies, exceptions, and day to day issues
• Resolve problems with customers, technicians, vendors, distribution, sales, and freight companies
• Intake equipment service requests and schedule Service Technicians for equipment maintenance, installs, or removals
• Provide timely confirmation and updates to customers receiving equipment service to ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction
• Data entry
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and third party providers

 
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree required
 
Pay: $22/hour (approximately $45,760 annually)
 
Schedule/Location: 
This position offers full time hours (40 hours/week), Monday – Friday, office hours. This position offers a hybrid work schedule. You will have the opportunity to work a combination of days remotely and in the office at the Smucker Orrville campus, most likely 75% remote and 25% in the office.
