Our growing client has a new opening for a Client Service Representative.
Responsibilities of the Client Service Representative include:
- Service and process policy transactions
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries
- Research and develop solutions to customer issues
- Assist with various projects
- Maintain and update appropriate documentation
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications for the Client Service Representative:
- 2+ years' experience in customer service
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Math and analytical skills
- Flexible to work overtime as needed
