Our client is looking for a supportive associate that works with a highly intelligent group and will be performing daily account activities, fulfilling client requests and organizing information for ease of access.

You will provide Investment Management and trust administration services that exceed expectations for the client. You will work in a small collaborative team based environment of 5 to 6 individuals providing the highest level of service to their clients. This is a client facing role that requires some client facing experience.

You will be expected to be proficient with Microsoft Office software, great communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. You will need to have at least 2-3 years of experience working within a trust department, Investment Management group, or brokerage firm within an office setting.
