SalaryWe are a Financial Services Firm seeking to fill a Senior Registered Client Associate position Monday - Friday. The role is best suited for an individual with strong organizational skills and high level computer knowledge with Microsoft, Adobe and Social Media platforms.
Responsibilities:
Work beside the COO to provide:
Internal/external Client Services
Data Management
Day-to-day operations involving workflow management
Call Center Support
Scheduling meetings and appointments for firm and President/CEO
Assistance with Online Cloud Storage
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Social Media Knowledge
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High School degree
- College Degree would be a plus
- FL Life, Health, Variable Annuity (215) license or willingness to sit for the exam would be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
