Client Service Associate

- -Proficiency in Excel, Word, PDF Editor, Prezi (novice level acceptable), and Canva (novice level acceptable)
- -Informal translation from English to Spanish
- -Excellent English phone and email communication skills

- -Strong attention to detail with zero tolerance for grammatical errors
Role Overview: As a Client Service Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our team, primarily responsible for contacting carriers, handling email correspondence, and ensuring timely completion of documents. Your tasks will include transferring information between documents, navigating carrier websites for updates, and maintaining detailed communication with your Client Service Manager. You'll also assist in various day-to-day tasks such as managing emails, creating presentations, and handling phone calls.
Responsibilities:
- -Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and nurturing strong relationships
- -Analyze client's needs and objectives to effectively advocate the value of our products and services
- -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation
- -Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies for business expansion
- -Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and manage accounts
- -Provide comprehensive support to clients throughout the sales process, from initial engagement to post-sales assistance
Requirements:
- -Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service preferred
- -Strong analytical skills to grasp client requirements and market dynamics
- -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction
- -Knowledge of the financial services industry is advantageous
- -Familiarity with SaaS products and project management principles is a plus
- - Health and Life insurance license preferred
