tru Independence is working with a new, independent wealth management firm founded by veteran advisors near Vero Beach, FL. Our client’s mission is to provide insightful guidance to successful individuals and families, while managing their wealth and legacy with integrity and confidence.

We are searching for a Client Service Assistant to be a key member of the team and support a high-performing, client-oriented organization at the company. This role will perform various duties in areas such as office administration, receptionist duties, and other special projects. This position is part-time and onsite with a schedule of 4-5 hours each day.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answering, screening, and forwarding a high volume of incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Maintain call logs and take accurate, thorough messages that are received.
• Welcome clients and visitors upon arrival at the office.
• Set up and coordinate meetings, conference calls, conference rooms and web conferences.
• Prepare and manage incoming / outgoing mail and packages.
• Drafting and sending communications, correspondence, and documents
• Organize and stock communal workspaces and conference rooms.
• Perform a variety ofreception, event, marketing, and communications support duties.
• General administrative duties to support daily operations and project teams.

Essential Skills:

• Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong phone and customer service skills to collaborate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective client interactions.
• Effective organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)

Pay: From $31,531.55 per year
