Job Title:Client Service Admin Operator
Location: Long Beach, CA
Environment: Office
Pay Rate: $24 / hour
Hours: Swing and Grave shifts available
The Role:
As an ECAMSECURE Client Service Admin Operator, you will be our best in-house monitor detective. You will answer inbound calls for the purpose of setting up Security Systems. Verify that all zone information is received properly and defined correctly, registration of wireless devices using web based programs. Troubleshooting with technicians to ensure proper account set up and signal reporting.

The Role:

- A quick Trouble shooter and Problem-solver
- Work Independently and have dependable work ethic
- Have the ability to see things other people miss
- Sit for long periods in front of the computer—and it doesn’t bother you
- Think quickly on your feet while calling clients, law enforcement and other rapid response entities.
- Observe and report what just occurred in a timely manner
- Handle Incoming and outgoing phone calls from clients, employees and vendors
- Able to Input data into our systems for documentation and follow-up
- Monitor and update systems with employee and client information
- Have the ability to self-manage
What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table:
- 1-year customer service or call center experience required
- A GED or High School or higher
- Be well organized with a strong attention to detail
- Above average computer talents and strong typing skills
- Excellent phone communication
- Security Experience in CCTV monitoring
- Use interpersonal communication techniques
- Ability to manage long periods in front of the computer-very important
- Pass all hiring requirements, including background, drug test
