The Director IS Operations, Technology Business Services manages the rhythm of business, and key operational and finance processes supporting this rhythm of business, for the Clinical Technology Services (CTS) Team. The Clinical Technology Services (CTS) team is one of the largest business units within the Information Services (IS) division at Providence, spanning more than 50 hospitals and in excess of 1000 clinics and support locations. The CTS team has an unceasing strategic focus on simplifying, modernizing, and innovating across the space where technology touches Providence caregivers and patients, to improve experience and outcomes. This highly dynamic role reports directly to the Group Vice President for Clinical Technology Services and serves as a key member of the executive team for Clinical Technology Services. Strong organizational and process skills will be critical to this role, as is a high level of executive presence.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Services, Finance, Accounting or any other completed Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent educ/experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and ITIL Foundations Certificate.
  • 10 or more years Experience in Technology, Information systems, IT or Business planning roles.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 or more years’ experience managing business and/or operational processes for a large matrix organization, preferably in the technology or healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated ability, from prior experience, to manage the execution of work across a senior executive team.
  • Master's Degree Information Systems or Business Management.
