WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Position: Client Relationship Manager, Data Coordinator Reports to: VP, Corporate Work Study
SALARY Job Classification: Full time, 12-month exempt Salary: $60,000-65,000 Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.
Research & Data Analytics
• Serve as the primary point of contact for student performance and grading
• Coordinate the identification process for current students at risk and share those details at the Student Support meetings
• Utilize data systems to track student performance, progress to goals, and to drive additional intervention recommendations
• Ensure a data-driven continuous loop of program evaluation and improvement
Student Professional Development & Relationship Management:
• Assist in teaching CWS courses each semester and during the summer training, Monserrat
• Manage a portfolio of CWS partners and students.
• Conduct site visits in accordance with Department of Labor requirements
• Assist with management of morning check-in with daily dress code and attendance checks, daily announcements, and bus dismissal.

You are a self-starter and data-driven, experience with Salesforce a plus.
