Client Relations Specialist
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize client value and revenue
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update client information and records
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions
- Strong upselling and sales skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (multilingual skills are a plus)
- Experience with outbound calling and lead generation
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
