As a Client Relations Specialist you are part of a team and must work closely with the Director of Operations and the other members of your team. This is an in-office position that is responsible for handling the needs of existing clients, responding to inquiries from potential clients, and acquiring new clients.
Client Relations Specialist Essential Responsibilities:
- Seek out and contact potential clients to obtain pertinent information.
- Responsible for follow-up calls and mailings to clients.
- Learn and fully utilize the programs and databases used in the Client Relations Specialist position.
