Salary Range: $180K-$200K/Annum
Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Partner/Director/Senior Director with a strong background in IT services and a proven track record of selling services to the Life Science and Pharma industry.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional IT services to our clients in the Life Science and Pharma sector.
Responsibilities:
  • Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Life Science and Pharma industry.Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress through the sales cycle.
  • Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Life Science and Pharma sector.Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor IT service solutions accordingly.Ensure client satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality services and exceeding expectations.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    Lead a team of professionals, including account managers and sales representatives, to achieve sales and service delivery goals.
    Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members to ensure their success.
    Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
  • Industry Knowledge:Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies within the Life Science and Pharma sector.Utilize this knowledge to position our IT services as strategic solutions for clients.
  • Service Selling:Leverage your experience in selling IT services to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to clients.Collaborate with our technical teams to customize and propose solutions that address client needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in selling IT services, preferably within the Life Science and Pharma industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Life Science and Pharma industry.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
