Job Duties:
- Sourcing, Negotiating and Managing client within the Healthcare space
- Source, screen, interview, and introduce candidates to our large database of clients nationwide
- Ensure that candidate records are accurate and up to date within CRM
- Utilize social media to promote our job openings and find new candidates
- Must be able to adapt to challenging situations, and be solution-based oriented
- Must communicate effectively with providers regarding job opportunities
- Must be comfortable with negotiating with candidates
- Must possess a professional level of written and oral communication skill
- Average compensation is $100,000+ the very first year
- Average commissions per deal of $3,000
- Cold-calling clients/candidates
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of successful performance in Recruiting
- Creative and motivated approach to create, maintain, and grow book of business
- Must be coachable and willing to learn
- Must be goal oriented and organized
- Knowledge in the medical space is preferred, but not required
- Ability to meet weekly KPI's
- Must have a computer and cell phone to operate effectively
- This must be your ONLY job
- Must utilize and market HealthPlus Staffing on your LinkedIn account
- Must be available during normal business hours
- Must be ALL-IN
