Your day to day could look like:
- On the front line of our customer service team, you will answer all incoming phone calls and emails with a helpful and upbeat attitude
- Resolve customer issues or complaints via phone and email in a timely manner
- Process new orders or changes to orders efficiently and accurately
- Make outgoing phone calls to customers to confirm that they are happy with their service
- Upsell customers
- Collaborate with Customer Service Manager to monitor accounts that require special attention
- Prepare pricing proposals for potential customers and follow up with sales leads
- Capture sales leads and hand off to appropriate sales representative
- Assist customers with basic billing questions
- Respond to general customer inquiries

Qualifications:
- Customer service/and/or retail experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and phone etiquette
- Positive, cheerful and creative personality
- Great attention to detail and strong follow through
- Ability to juggle between multiple priorities
- Motivated to take initiative and be proactive
- Highly organized
- Reliable & dependable
- Possess strong commitment to teamwork
- Willing to learn new technologies
Proficient with the following computer programs:
- Gmail
- Google Suite
- Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP software

Schedule:
2 Week Training : Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Regular schedule: Monday through Friday, start as early as 6:00 am.
Compensation and benefits:
Starting pay set at $22.00/hr
