Client Care Coordinator

Tri Cities Pelvic Health is the premier pelvic health physical therapy clinic in the region dedicated to providing exceptional care to help individuals navigate their changing bodies and lives. Position Overview:

We are looking for a compassionate and articulate individual to join our team as a Client Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating a warm and supportive environment for our patients and supporting clinical staff so that they can focus on providing expert, individualized care. We are currently looking for coverage primarily for Fridays, but there is potential to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Engagement:
• Establish meaningful connections with patients, understanding their needs, and guide them through the process
• Appointment Coordination:
• Efficiently manage appointment schedules, ensuring optimal patient flow and availability.
• Inquiry Calls:
• Be the touch point with prospective clients to help them better understand our services, see the value, and schedule.
• Administrative Duties:
• Track current and past patients, manage active patient charts, communicate effectively with clinicians and clients
• General Facility Maintenance:
• Light facility maintenance and laundry

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a healthcare field is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to discuss sensitive health topics with empathy and discretion.
• A passion for promoting pelvic health and well-being.
• Ability to multitask, keep track of multiple needs at once, and prioritize tasks to best meet clinic needs.
• Clear communication and receptivity to feedback.
