Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a results-driven professional with a knack for sales and a passion for digital marketing. As our Client Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing sales processes, generating leads, and securing new accounts. Your efforts will play a crucial role in expanding client base and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales processes to attract new clients.
- Engage in daily activities that include visiting businesses, networking events, cold calling, and cold emailing to promote our services.
- Maintain organized records of sales efforts and follow up on leads diligently.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets of acquiring at least 2-5 new accounts.
- Report directly to your supervisor, providing regular updates on sales activities and progress.
Requirements:
- Both Skills Tests must be completed within 12 hours of submitting application to be considered for the position.
- Must reside in Pocatello/Chubbuck or be within daily commutable distance.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- High level of honesty and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation for visiting businesses within the designated territory.
- No specific education requirements; however, knowledge of digital marketing principles is advantageous.
- Willingness to participate in assessments during the interview process to demonstrate sales competencies.
Compensation:
- The position offers a base pay of minimum wage or commission, whichever is higher. There is no cap on the commission, providing unlimited earning potential.
