Litehouse started in the Hope, Idaho restaurant of the Hawkins family 60 years ago. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our recruiting efforts, responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process. Your essential duties will consist of sourcing and screening candidates, planning interviews and selection procedures, and executing job offer contingencies.


Utilizing your networking skills, you will build a pipeline of talent for current and future positions. Sourcing efforts include social and professional networking sites, Boolean search strings, and cold-calling passive candidates. In this position, you also have the opportunity to coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives to attract and recruit interns and recent college graduates. This includes attending college career fairs using best practices to attract attendees.


You will conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and review job descriptions and minimum qualifications to assist with the development of job ads and position specific sourcing strategies. Once you have an understanding of the attitude, personality, ability, and skillset needed for a particular position, you will review resumes and prescreen candidates for hiring managers. As the point person for our interviewing processes, you will also deliver trainings to interview teams and hiring managers as needed.


In this role, you manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related processes including submitting requisitions, offer letters, reporting, and updated statuses.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
  • Minimum of 2 years exempt-level full cycle recruiting experience within the last three years to include recruiting senior level leaders preferred
  • Proven experience with maintaining 12 to 15 open requisitions at any given time throughout the year.
  • Demonstrated proficiency sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
  • Experience creating job ads and interacting with various social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and reporting metrics from the system.
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in behavior-based interviewing techniques
  • Must maintain high level of confidentiality and data integrity across all internal systems
