Job Summary:
The Client Account Executive Position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer account service for all commercial/retail clients by effectively managing contractual processes and procedures.
Essential Job Functions:
- Project Manage the Client Transition Process when new clients sign on.
- Onboarding Clients along and assisting with training
- Coordinate all client service activities throughout operational function areas, i.e.: production, receiving, shipping, IT etc.
- Assist in scheduling regular inventory synch with clients and managing the process.
- Partner with operations management staff to implement client programs and processes on behalf of the client’s needs.
- Generate client billing information. Billing folder – Review Invoices
- Stay on top of carrier updates/changes that might have to be communicated to our clients
Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years’ account management experience preferably in a fulfillment environment/distribution/warehouse.
- Fulfillment, Administrative and Client Service Skills including: managing inventory discrepancies, communicating with clients regarding large orders inbound/outbound
- Operations management experience
- Data analytics
- Logistics
- Proven client relationship building
- Results oriented, proactive, strong multi-tasking features and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to conceptualize integrated solutions for business problems to help clients achieve goals
- Experience in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and will need to learn order processing, warehouse management system (in order).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the use of the internet and social media platforms
This is a full time, hourly position including holiday and vacation pay, our benefits include medical, dental vision and life insurance with a company contribution for individual and family coverage. We also provide a 401K plan with a company match.
