Clerical Support

Customer Service and Sales Support - order entry, order processing, confirming orders with vendors and customers, team support in multiple areas of the sales process.

There is a 50/50 split between processing orders that are being submitted by customers electronically and telephone. You will need intermediate computer skills, including email and web browser usage, Spreadsheet and Word Processing.

You will be required to perform order entry and internal processing of orders that will include sending purchase orders to vendors and confirmation of these orders to customers. There is a high level of attention to detail in this process. Previous experience of 2-3 years in a small office is a requirement - this is not a receptionist or switchboard position.

The ideal candidate will possess acute level of attention to detail, comfort in dealing with numbers and pricing, and a forward thinking approach to servicing customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
