Job Title: Part Time Dental Clerical Support

Hours: Monday – Thursday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. (28 hour work week)

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Must have excellent communication, phone, and organizational skills. Must have knowledge of general office procedures/equipment and have basic computer and phone skills. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively under stress and prioritize tasks. Must promote a positive environment and display positive interpersonal communication skills. Must have the ability to organize and file information. Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public, customers, members of professional organizations, and government officials. Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality is a high priority.

Must have a dependable vehicle for use during work hours, valid Illinois Driver’s License, and appropriate auto insurance. Must be able to carry, pull, and manage a minimum of 30 pounds of equipment daily.

Salary: $17.53/hr
