Adecco is assisting in the search for an organized, temporary Clerical position in Bladenboro, NC. In this position, you will be responsible for handling phone calls, emails, filing, data entry, routine clerical, administrative functions, and maintaining paper and electronic files. The ideal candidate can multi-task, has exceptional time management skills, and excellent customer service skills. This is a part time opportunity, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-12:30pm or 1:30pm-5:30pm. Pay at $16 an hr. 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities for this position include:

·       Answer phones

·       Light Spreadsheet Work

·       Scanning

·       Emails

 

Qualified candidates need strong administrative skills and social skills, including time management, computer proficiency, communication, and great attention to detail.  

 

Qualifications for this Administrative Assistant position include:

- Knowledge of standard office practices, strong attention to detail and advanced organizational skills

- Clerical Experience (typing, copying, scanning)

- Through knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to master other software applications.

- Good customer service skill

-Experience working with the general public

- Polite phone manner
