Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Assist with order entry
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
Note: Working Closely with a business owner, and Company controller. This is in a small office setting.
