Du ties/Responsibilities
- Reception: Greet Visitors
- Copy documents, scanning, filing
- Assist faculty and staff with organization
- Assist with proofreading as needed
- Work with Director on special projects as needed
- Other office tasks as needed Assist with adm issions
- Excellent communication skills
- P referably with work experience Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft office, Excel and Power-Point)
Work Schedule: September – May , Possible summer hours ( 8-12 hours per week)
