Clerical Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to join our team. The Clerical Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Enter and update customer orders in the system
- Provide customer support via phone and email
- Assist with inventory management and order entry
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for management
- Act as a personal assistant to the office manager as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Clerical Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
