Cleaning Technician (Exterior)

Position: Exterior Cleaning Technician (part-time)

Location: Parker, CO and Surrounding Areas

As a growing employee-owned exterior cleaning company, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time technician performing pressure washing, window washing, gutter cleaning, and other general property maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality exterior cleaning services to residential and commercial properties, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the integrity and appearance of the properties we service. Training provided. Must be willing to work overnights and Sundays (larger bonus provided for overnight cleanings). This would be great as a side job at the moment but as a company we’re growing and the ability to work full-time would be coming in the future as a possibility, but not required of the candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Work effectively with customers to provide a friendly experience, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.

Perform pressure washing services for various surfaces, including driveways, sidewalks, patios, and exterior walls.

Clean windows, ensuring clarity and streak-free results, both at ground level and on upper floors using ladders or other equipment.

Safely clean and clear gutters, removing debris and ensuring proper water flow.

Conduct general property cleaning tasks, including sweeping, trash removal, and surface cleaning.

Operate and maintain equipment such as pressure washers, ladders, and cleaning tools.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on-site.

Manage time effectively to complete tasks within assigned schedules.

Report any issues or potential hazards to management promptly.

Requirements:

Must have own truck or SUV that can tow up to 8000 pounds. Must have a clean driving record with license, insurance and registration. Familiarity towing a trailer is helpful, but not required, we will train.

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Friendly, customer service oriented.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to perform labor-intensive tasks.

Willing to drive a truck with trailer setup after training is completed.

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and background check required.

Work Hours:

Sundays to start then will evolve into overnight work during the week.

This is a part-time position. Hours may vary based on business needs, including weekend work. At the most, work hours would be no more than 8 hours per day, and this would mostly be isolated to Sundays to start. We offer competitive pay, EOSP plan, and a supportive team environment. We hope to hire full-time coming soon with health/leave benefits, if the interested candidate is interested in full-time when that time comes a transition is possible.

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $20-$30 DOE per hour + commission and bonuses.
