Home Services Technician

Earn $19/hr (plus commission) having fun working on a team to provide high-end Home Services, including Window Cleaning, Solar Panel Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Holiday/Landscape Lighting, and more!

Qualifications:

• Must love to work with people
• Must be comfortable working on a ladder/roof
• Must have reliable transportation to our Centennial office
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder - up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to work outside (in all types of weather)
• Must be able to work professionally inside our customers' homes (we treat our customers the way we would want someone treating our own loved ones!)

Job Summary:

• Each morning (Mon-Fri), attend a team meeting at our Centennial office
• Drive in one of our Shine vehicles to customers' homes or businesses (typically with another Shine team member)
• Perform services that include Window/Solar Panel Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning, Holiday/Landscape lighting installation
• End your day back at the Shine office to recap the day, ensuring your vehicle is clean and ready for the next day's work
• Be an important member of a highly engaging work environment
• The day includes interacting with customers - making these interactions positive is one of the most important parts of your job
