A Toco Claim Adjuster will report daily to an in-office call-center located in Dallas. Job duties include reviewing, verifying, and processing warranty claims and associated costs. Claims Adjusters are responsible for investigating the claim to identify the cause, the cure, and the cost, adjudicating the validity of the claim, ensuring that it falls within the scope of the contract and mitigating the costs to the benefit of the customer and company.
We administer a high volume of inbound and outbound claim calls, and places heavy emphasis on organizational skills and accurate data entry. In turn, we will provide an environment steeped in a fun and growing culture, as well as a base pay, bonus structure, benefits, and 401K.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ability to think independently and make decisions
- Ability to properly execute a high degree of independent action and judgment with minimal supervision
- Ability to assess data, deduce conclusions based upon findings, and present those conclusions in required report layout
- Professional telephone etiquette and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and follow procedures
Qualifications
Experience, Knowledge and Education:
- Minimum of 2 years in mechanical automotive repair or mechanical claims
- Knowledge of Labor Guides (Alldata, Mitchell, Chilton)
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Computer proficient
- Bilingual (Spanish) applicants are a plus.

Additional Requirements:
- Successfully pass pre-employment screening.
