```Duties```
- Work with a small team that makes a huge impact
- Answer phones in a courteous and efficient manner
- Review contract coverage terms and conditions
- Review inspection reports
- Provide excellent customer service to every contract holder
- Adjudicate claims in a cost-effective manner
- Enter claims and estimates information into computer claims systems
- Document files to include all key activities regarding estimates, repairs and evaluation summary reflecting and revisions
- Ensure claim files are properly documented and claims coding is correct
- Provide accurate, courteous and timely information to all external and internal customers concerning claim status and other claim inquires
```Skills```
- Strong understanding of how a vehicle operates mechanically
- Knowledge of automotive parts
- Experience in automotive industry
- Basis Internet search engine experience
- Basic Microsoft Office 365 experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written format
- Excellent customer service skills, and ability to effectively manage a customer phone call
- Strong multitasking skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
