As a Software Engineer II you are our code guru, not only writing the codes but understanding the why’s behind them. Our software engineers believe in collaboration, ingenuity, and truly want to drive design and change in the IT realm. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, writing, testing, implementing, supporting, and documenting solutions for assigned programs and applications across the organization. You welcome a challenge and want to provide next level experiences to every individual that uses our systems.
1. 5+ years of maintenance/ production/ support
2. Soap/Rest experience
3. Any experience with C++/Java API development
4. Oracle, PostgreSQL
*This person will be wearing two hats.
1. Maintaining the system
2. Software engineer hat although likely will not develop or be responsible for it

Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts, coding, testing and engaging partners to deliver features using established methodologies
Responsible for learning and supporting technology initiatives related to card payments and issuance
Responsible for up keeping applications and facilitating the continuous improvement of system reliability and efficiency
Assist in estimating the level-of-effort needed for designing and coding new systems and interfaces
