California Licensed PE, Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Site Civil Engineer with expertise in residential land development, particularly in single-family homes, to join our team in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering principles, land development regulations, and project management.

Responsibilities include:

· Overseeing site design, grading plans, utility layout, stormwater management, and ensuring compliance with local and state regulations.

· The candidate should possess excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.

· Additionally, experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software is essential for this role. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality residential projects while adhering to strict timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
