Your Role:

As a Civil Engineer working with our team in Parlin, NJ, you'll be at the forefront of projects that define our region's future. From conceptualization to execution, you'll lead the charge in managing Civil Engineering projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and sustainability.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Exciting Projects: Take the helm in managing Civil Engineering projects from start to finish, overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality standards every step of the way.
• Design with Purpose: Put your engineering expertise to work by crafting innovative solutions for site development, transportation, and infrastructure projects that make a real impact on communities.
• Navigate Regulatory Waters: Dive into the intricacies of local, state, and federal regulations, guiding projects through the permitting process with finesse and expertise.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Forge meaningful connections with clients through clear communication, proactive updates, and a commitment to delivering results that exceed expectations.
• Collaborate and Conquer: Join forces with a diverse team of architects, surveyors, and engineers to develop integrated solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for Progress: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field sets the stage, but it's your drive to make a difference that truly sets you apart.
• License to Lead: Hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey or have the ability to obtain one within 6 months of joining our team.
• Experience that Matters: Bring 3-5 years of Civil Engineering experience to the table, with a focus on site development, land planning, or transportation projects that leave a lasting legacy.
• Tech Savvy: From AutoCAD to Civil 3D, you're fluent in the latest engineering software—and if you've got experience with hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, even better!
• Communication is Key: Your ability to convey complex technical information with clarity and confidence sets you apart in a world of engineers.
