Employee Incentive Program

Please take notice that the company will pay all employees an incentive payment in the sum of $500 for each referral of an employee to human resources. The incentive payment will only be made if the individual referred has not previously applied for employment to L & M Air, Inc. and is hired by L & M Air, Inc. and completes at least six months of employment. After the referred employee has completed the six months of employment, the incentive payment of $500 will be paid to the referring employee.

prepping material take-offs and construction estimates from drawings, check Estimates against bids, confer with other engineers concerning plans, testing, and evaluations, design changes, construction QA, and coordinating inspections.
MUST HAVE M.S. IN CIVIL ENG., OR RELATED DISC. W/ PROFICIENCY WITH AUTOCAD.
