Front Office Manager

Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office
- Manage and supervise front desk staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Perform administrative tasks as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a chiropractic or medical office setting
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Experience with electronic medical record systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
