SalaryResponsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers
- Check-in patients, verify insurance information, and collect co-pays
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the electronic medical records system
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Coordinate patient referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Ensure the Front Desk area is clean and organized
-Processing and filing insurance claims
-Must be willing to work Monday-Thursday 7:45 AM-12:00 Noon, 1:45PM-6:00PM, Friday 7:45 AM-11:45 AM, 12:45PM-3:00PM.
Experience:
-No previous healthcare experience necessary, but helpful. We will train.
