JOB SUMMARY:

The Table Games Trainee will learn to be a Table Games Dealer, starting with Blackjack.

COMPENSATION:

• $15.00 per hour for Training (5 weeks)
• $52,000 Base Salary after Graduation
• $1,000 Bonus after one year of working

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Learn the knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures
• Learn how to deal games in accordance with internal controls and Maryland Lottery Gaming Control Commission regulations
• Learn to achieve Dealer efficiency metrics
• Learning how to protect and control of the game
• Learn how to exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 21-years of age
• Must be able to work Overnight shifts after Graduating
• Awesome communication skills

TRAINING STARTS APRIL 1st!!!!

• Monday through Friday
• 5 Weeks Training - Choose class times of 10:00am–2:00pm OR 2:00pm–6:00pm - Ends May 3rd!!!!!!
