Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

Primero Spine + Joint is a chiropractic and injury center locally owned and operated by Dr. Gabriel Busquets. We successfully treat herniated discs, sciatica, back & neck pain, knee pain, and auto accident injuries without drugs or surgery.

Our office is looking for a chiropractic assistant / receptionist who is dependable, assertive, and have excellent face-to-face and on the phone communication skills. We are looking for a motivated, friendly, energetic, and personable individual with a strong ability to multi-task and manage patients who is looking to work full-time in our state-of-the-art integrated health and injury center.

Pay: $18 to $22 per hour, plus weekly bonuses

Training will be provided. Experience in the medical field is not required.

```Duties```

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the chiropractic office. Your duties will include:

• Greeting patients, answering phones, texting, emailing, and scheduling appointments efficiently
• Follow up with new potential patients using our CRM.
• Assisting chiropractors with patient care, including preparing treatment rooms
• Maintaining patient records and ensuring accuracy in documentation with our EHR.
• Handling billing and insurance claims processing
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast paced environment
• Work one on one with patients in the rehab area showing exercises, and helping with therapy
• Keeping inventory of all office supplies
• Keeping the office clean and neat
• In charge of internal marketing campaigns

```Requirements```

To excel in this role, the following requirements are essential:

• Experience with Word and Excel preferred.
• Previous experience as a front desk receptionist, preferably in a medical or dental office is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Mus be able to work the following hours:
• Monday: 7:30am to 12pm and 2pm to 7pm
• Tuesday: 1pm to 7pm
• Wednesday: 7:30am to 12pm and 2pm to 7pm
• Thursday: 1pm to 7pm
• Friday: 7:30am to 4pm

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
