Chiropractic Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Assist chiropractor with patient assessments and treatments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Schedule appointments and manage the chiropractor's calendar
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing and data entry

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate assistance
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for record keeping

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $12-14 per hour

Work Location: One location

Hours of Operations: M-Th 8am-12pm & 2pm-5pm/ Fri 8am-12pm/ Weekends off

Our clinic is looking for a part time Chiropractic Assistant to help with a variety of administrative and patient care tasks. You must have excellent communication skills, an inviting phone voice, the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced office environment, and be willing to learn and participate in the protocols taught to help grow the office. We expect the assistant we hire to have a high attention to detail, be punctual, be responsible, of good moral and ethical character and be an advocate for Chiropractic care and our office. Tasks will include helping with patient therapies, cleaning treatment rooms, making phone calls to patients, preparing mailers, and light housekeeping.
