Curis Functional Health is a group of innovative, functional wellness clinics that combines chiropractors, nutritionists, and mental health professionals who focus on providing wellness and patient satisfaction. We currently have multiple clinics and are continually growing and adding more. We are looking for qualified people who are interested in joining an integrated and multidisciplinary team.

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you are the face of the organization. We are seeking outgoing and energetic people who have a pleasant demeanor, excellent customer service skills, a good attitude and who are skilled in handling a wide array of duties and competing priorities.

The ability to communicate, work with computer software, stand for long periods of time, handle patient education, assist with physical modalities and attention to detail is required. X-ray skills are a plus. Due to the nature of working in healthcare, maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality are crucial.

Attendance is required for external marketing events and seminars from time to time.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

· Greet patients on arrival and handle check-in and check-out functions.

· Collect necessary new patient or updated health forms from patients.

· Answer phones.

· Appointment scheduling, confirmations and follow up on missed appointments.

· Handle insurance verification and follow up on claim submittals if needed.

· Collect payments, follow up on aged receivables and declined payments.

· Prepare for the day’s appointments.

· Assist in scheduling for other services that may be recommended as part of the treatment plan.

· Run balanced daily, weekly and biweekly reports as required.

· Administering of modalities and treatments as outlined in the treatment plan.

· Educate patients on the proper way to complete exercises and use equipment.

· Attend required daily/weekly meetings.

· Complete compliance training.

· Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
