SalaryWe are looking for a vivacious, teachable, respectful, and hard-working individual looking for a long term career where they can grow to work Monday-Thursday for a total of 32-40 hours a week and a few weekends a year when we work occasional festivals.
We meet once a week to train on customer service, always trying to improve the customer experience. We work HARD from Monday-Thursday doing our best to serve our community and show them God’s love.

A typical workday at IOC would look like:
Managing the Front Desk by greeting practice members, answering phones, processing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and maintaining lobby flow.
Consulting with practice members about their health concerns, educating, setting health goals, running diagnostic scans and x-rays
Loving on families, holding lots of babies and corralling toddlers
Working alongside a group of people that are passionate about making their community healthier.

This is a fast paced office and won't be a place where you'll have time to scroll through social media to pass the time. This won't be a place where you'll be allowed to talk about people behind their backs. This won't be a place that you'll be able to fake your way into loving. You'll either love it or hate it.
