Chiropractic Assistant/Office Manager

Our vibrant health and wellness chiropractic office is growing and we are seeking the right team member to support our community!

We are a fast paced Chiropractic and Wellness office. We are looking for a career minded individual who is highly organized, passionate about health and wellness, reliable, high energy and has great people and customer service skills. Our office is very active and has a standing front desk! We love to do community events like 5Ks and Sweatfest. Please take that into consideration when applying for this position.

Hours are:

Monday, 8:30-1, 2-6:00

Tuesday, 8:30-1, 2-6:00

Wednesday, 8:30-1, 2-6:00

Thursday, 8:30-1, 2-6:00

Friday 8:30-1 (1-2 times a month)

Duties Include:

• Answering phones
• Connecting and greeting practice members
• Monitors inventory and orders additional stock
• Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
• Manage patient records and ensure they are accurate and up to date
• Personal Injury case coordination
• Holding babies
• Going over financial reports and coordination of care
• Office organization and shift preparation
• Scheduling
• Transactions

Compensation & Benefits:

• This position offers pay and benefits based on experience & performance. The pay listed is the starting pay.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
