Job Description:
This position is very hands-on and requires direct involvement in patient care! Daily duties include:
100% Chiropractic is a national brand with more than 115+ locations nationwide and is highly regarded in the Chiropractic space. Our local ownership group owns multiple clinics in the Tampa Area already and are rapidly expanding to more locations. Significant growth opportunity within our organization. We are locally owned and have plenty of support from our corporate office but have a small business/family feel! Job Description:
This position is very hands-on and requires direct involvement in patient care! Daily duties include:
- Delivering laser treatment
- Performing soft tissue work on patients
- Assisting with traction
- Taking proper treatment notes
- Maintaining cleanliness of treatment area as patients move through
- Educate patients about chiropractic care to help them achieve their health goals leveraging the 100% corrective care model
- Greet Patients when they enter the clinic
- Schedule follow up appointments, answer phone calls and collect important medical and insurance information.
- Explain fees to patients and accept payments
- Describe products available for purchase at the clinic and process payment for the same
- Perform data entry in the clinic’s computer systems
- Keep patient files up to date

Requirements
- Our ideal Candidate has strong kinesthetic abilities, is highly empathetic, motivated to help improve the lives of others and has a passion for Chiropractic care and the wellness lifestyle
- Chiropractic, physical therapy or rehabilitation setting is preferred (but not required)
- Customer service experience
- Passionate and positive about helping others achieve long term progress and results
- Work history that demonstrates an ability to multitask
- Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals
