Through the incorporation of reflective practices, the program aids children in gaining a deeper insight into themselves and their emotions, ultimately leading to heightened self-awareness and improved emotional management. The Yogi Bears program holds the promise of creating a meaningful impact on children's social-emotional development and overall wellness.

• Pay: 70/30 Sales Commission Split

Job Description:

A children’s YOGA SALES applicant must be highly motivated, mission focused and passionate with proof of results-driven sales in order to join our dynamic team. As a CHILDREN’S YOGA SALES PROFESSIONAL for the Yogi Bears Program, you will be responsible for CONDUCTING KID’S YOGA SURVEYS and WAITLISTING SCHOOL DISTRICTS, PRE-SCHOOLS and EXTENDED AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS and PUBLIC LIBRARIES interested in securing a priority spot for enrollment in the YOGI BEARS kid’s yoga program for school year 2024-25.

Job Responsibilities:

As a sales professional, your role involves surveying school administrators or directors of school districts, pre-school and extended after-school programs. You’ll gather insights on the level of interest, preferences, perceived benefits, logistical considerations, support needs, and any concerns or feedback from school administrators or school directors regarding the implementation of a kids’ yoga program at participating schools within various school districts. This information can help us tailor our yoga program offerings at preschool and elementary schools in perspective school districts and approach or better meet the needs and expectations of schools interested in participating in Yogi Bears' CHILDREN'S YOGA classes. It’s important to use your sales expertise to highlight the benefits of yoga for children's physical and mental well-being. You’ll provide information on the positive impact of yoga on focus, stress management, and overall health.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize school districts, preschool and extended day care investment in the kid's yoga program.
• Provide regular updates on yoga investment progress.
• Stay up-to-date with yoga industry trends, sales strategies and best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service to school districts, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

Education Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Skills

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to set goals and stay focused on targets.
