The facility director must understand and support how our day-to-day business operates, ensure the efficient operation of the facility, and meet the needs of our customers and employees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Able to recruit, hire, train, and retain a strong team
- Plan and manage the hours and schedules of your employees
- Maintain high student levels within your facility
- Generate income and profit for the business
- Budgeting and estimating costs
- Fostering a professional working environment
- Able to coach our gymnastics and ninja programs
