SalaryPRIMARY PURPOSE / FUNCTION:
Facilitate the efficient operation of the Child Nutrition administrative office and provide clerical services for the administrative staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or GED
Successfully completed Serve-Safe or other national safety standard testing within 6 months of hire.
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Self-sufficient
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
Ability to read and perform basic arithmetic
Proficient skills and accuracy in typing, word processing, and file maintenance
Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to operate computer, multi-line telephone system, and maintain accurate database information
Patient and calm demeanor with students, staff members and customers
Experience:
One to three years of secretarial/clerical experience preferably in a public education environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.28 - $24.34 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
