Burn Boot Camp La Crosse North is looking for Child Care Team Members!

Duties:

• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in a 45 minute daycare style setting.
• Implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs to promote childhood development.
• Supervise children during playtime
• Provide basic caregiving tasks such as games, crafts, and play.
• Manage children's behavior and promote positive social interactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized play area.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of the children.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education principles.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and Team Members.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent education required. Additional certifications in early childhood education are desirable.

Salary: $12-$13 per hour

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
