Your Role:
Burn Boot Camp Green Bay is looking for a fun, loving, kind, and compassionate person to join our Childwatch team. As a childwatch team member you will be responsible for greeting members, playing with kids, facilitating fun activities, redirecting when needed, and ensuring that the kids are safe and engaged in a positive fun manner during a 45 minute window while their parent/legal guardian works out. At the end of your shift you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the room and other areas of the gym.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Care for children between 6 weeks to 12 years of age for 45 minute increments of time
- Ensure that all children are safe and well cared for
- Create relationships with the children and their parents/legal guardians
- Engage all children in activities and games
- Redirect behavior as if necessary
- Adhere to guidelines on creating the optimal member experience
- Manage cleanliness of the childwatch room and assist in cleaning the facility
- Participate in two meetings each month on childwatch and gym updates
Experience::
The ideal individual will have experience with all ages (6 weeks to 12 years of age) and is comfortable creating engaging activities whether song, coloring, playing, or simple games.
Preferred CPR and First Aid certified.
Available Shifts:
Flexible scheduling available with below shifts currently available (preferably must be available for 2-3 shifts per week):
AM Shift: Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 11:00AM
PM Shift: Monday through Thursday 4:00PM - 6:45PM, Fridays 4:00PM to 6:00PM
Saturday morning shifts 7:30AM to 10:30AM
