Kiddie Kottage Learning Academy is GROWING!!!
Duties:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Assist with homework and provide tutoring as needed
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare area
Requirements:
- Experience in childcare, such as babysitting, nannying, or working in a daycare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with infant care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Ability to create a safe and supportive environment for children with special needs or disabilities is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and other staff members
